About the role

The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.

TAFE SA is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have substantial industry currency and experience within a horticulture or related industry. The role will involve teaching during the day and also in the evenings.

The successful applicant will have:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or higher-level qualification.
  • Recent clinical experience as a registered nurse.
  • Education experience within the health sector.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or Diploma/higher level qualification in adult education
  • Experience with supporting student Enrolled Nurses in the clinical environment.

Special Conditions

A valid DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
