About the role
This full-time Sales & Leasing Executive role with Simple Industrial Commercial located in Mulgrave offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading commercial real estate company.
In this position, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business through effective sales and leasing strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identifying and prospecting for new sales and leasing opportunities
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions
- Effectively marketing and promoting properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiating and closing sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building a network of new contacts
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent market knowledge and understanding of the local and regional commercial property landscape
- Ambitious and driven with a track record of achieving KPI's
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
