**About the opportunity**
To continue to build on our success, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing Team in our Corporate Head Office in Newcastle, NSW. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative team environment, where our passionate and experienced team work across all Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital and social environments.
- Efficiently monitor, maintain and optimise websites and digital campaigns
- Create engaging campaign landing pages, microsites, set up forms and push notifications
- Work closely with developers, UX, Graphic Designers and Brand Marketing Managers to support and ensure our business and customer satisfaction goals are achieved
- Undertake or liaise with external agencies to implement web tracking (tag manager, analytics) for all campaigns and landing pages
- Ensure all business listings and display homes are refreshed and current across all platforms for each brand
- Effectively execute advertising and retargeting on digital platforms such as: Google, Facebook, YouTube, instagram, tiktok;

- Strong knowledge and proven CMS experience, Unbounce, Google Analytics and Campaign Monitor would be beneficial.
- Love thinking outside the square to produce inspired and innovative digital solutions
