Experienced Medical Receptionist/Personal Assistant

Location: Greenslopes Private Hospital

We are a well-established Orthopaedic practice based at Greenslopes Private Hospital, with the flexibility to work at our Paddington location considered highly valued, working closely with allied health professionals and additional Orthopaedic specialists.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and patient focused Medical Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.


About the Role

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts (from 7:45am).

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Scheduling and managing appointments

Providing outstanding patient service and support

Handling payments and basic account administration

General administrative duties: scanning, faxing, filing, mail sorting, and patient follow ups

Supporting doctors, allied health staff, and admin team with a variety of tasks

Theatre bookings and Personal Assistant duties

Assisting with marketing and social media tasks

Experience using Genie software is highly regarded
