Technical Project Manager – aXcelerate Implementation

About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical
Project Manager
to lead the implementation of
aXcelerate
across six brands in the education sector. This is a
6–9 month contract role (with potential extension)
, requiring
30–38 hours per week
, offering flexibility depending on the candidate.
This role is
autonomous
and reports directly to the
Head of Technology
. You will have full ownership of the implementation project, driving delivery without supervision and ensuring successful integration across multiple business units while managing the allocated budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end
implementation of aXcelerate
across six brands.
· Manage a complex business model shift, moving to HubSpot.
· Develop and execute a clear implementation roadmap, moving brand by brand through phased delivery.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely configuration and deployment.
· Establish and maintain detailed
project documentation
to support long-term sustainability.
· Apply both
strategic planning
and
hands-on technical skills
to solve problems in real-time.
· Ensure project milestones are met on time and budget.
· Work across multiple streams and apply your preferred project methodology.
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven
aXcelerate implementation experience
(Experience with Job Ready Implementation would also be considered).
· Strong
HubSpot implementation experience
.
· Knowledge of
Logic Apps
and middleware integrations.
· Background in
education or training industry projects
highly regarded.
· Ability to operate autonomously in an environment.
· Strong documentation and communication skills, ensuring knowledge transfer and project longevity.
· Practical, hands-on technical skills in addition to PM capabilities.
