Zarraffa's Coffee Morayfield Road has positions available for a Supervisor and Baristas to join their enthusiastic team.

Zarraffa's Coffee aims to create a culture that is inviting to our customers; promoting a fun environment and sharing a smile is important.

Barista responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Cashing Orders
  • Making Coffee

Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:

  • Reconcile till
  • Supervise fellow staff
  • Stock control
  • Responding to customer feedback
  • Food assembly responsibilities
  • Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.  You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

The positions are casual offering 15-38 hours per week, Seven-day flexibility is required including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.

Previous Barista experience required for the Supervisor position.

Previous Barista experience is not required for the Barista position.
