Civil Supervisor – Road & Pipeline Projects

Location: Ipswich & Surrounding Areas

CRE Civil Labour is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for ongoing work across Ipswich and surrounding regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable team working on a range of road, pipeline, and drainage projects.

About the Role:

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams on civil construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The role will predominantly involve roadworks, pipeline installations, and drainage infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience supervising civil construction projects (roads, pipelines, drainage)
  • Machinery tickets and hands-on experience operating civil machinery
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams effectively
  • A proactive and safety-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel between sites as required
Requirements:
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Valid Full Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience supervising civil projects (roadworks/pipeline works)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
