We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Barista/Supervisor. As the Barista/Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures

  • Train and supervise barista staff to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency

  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe

  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills

  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellence in every cup

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting

  • Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
