We're on the hunt for a proactive and polished Office Administrator to join a highly respected boutique Chartered Accounting and Wealth Management firm based in the heart of Newcastle CBD.
If you've got 1–5 years of administration experience within a Professional Services, Chartered Accounting or Financial Planning environment – and you're ready for your next challenge – this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
This is more than just admin. You'll be the go-to support for a team of driven Accountants and Business Services Advisors, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also step into a corporate reception role when needed – so exceptional presentation, warm communication, and a confident, can-do attitude are key.
This is a permanent role either 3 or 4 days per week (Thursday & Friday are a must but you can choose the other days) – because we believe work should fit around life, not the other way around.
What You'll Need:
- 1–5 years' experience in administration within Chartered Accounting, Financial Planning, or Professional Services
- Sharp organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and enthusiastic presence, in person and over the phone
- Confident communication – both verbal and written
