Administration Compliance/Account Investigation

We are looking for an energetic professional who's self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable to assist in our central office. A person who can be adaptable and perform a variety of tasks.

We specialise in renting furniture, appliances, and more and we are passionate about offering exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with our customers.

This Role includes, but is not limited to:

· Financial Assessment Compliance

· Contract Documentation Generation

· Support for assessment team

· Account investigation/compliance

· Hardship support/customer care

If you have an outgoing, positive attitude with the following key attributes, please get in touch

· Strong customer service skills

· Highly organised with great communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Strong work ethic

· Excellent knowledge of Math's and English

· Skilled knowledge of Microsoft Office software or other platforms

· Type a minimum of 60 words/minute with high accuracy

· Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
