We’re The Patio Factory, Perth’s leader in high-quality outdoor structures, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-first Sales Consultant to help us grow.

Tasks

- Meet with warm leads and help them design their perfect patio

- Deliver quotes that balance lifestyle benefits and honest pricing

- Be the human face of The Patio Factory — kind, clear, and trustworthy

- Help qualify leads and improve how marketing and sales work together

Requirements

How We’ll Measure Success:

- Sales conversion rate

- Average deal value and profit margins

- Revenue generated each month

- Customer feedback and experience

- Love talking to people and helping them make big decisions

- Thrive on autonomy and don’t need to be told what to do

- Have sold value-based, high-ticket items before

Benefits

Compensation:

- Contractor Model: Commission only — high rates

- Employee Model: Base salary + significant commission
