In this **Consultant, Customer Experience Strategy role**, you will
- Ensure we live our ambition and ‘start with the customer’
- Develop and deliver analysis to support decision making in the Customer Experience system
- Craft narratives to help improve the effectiveness of our Customer Experience system (CX System)
- Develop and maintain relationships with Customer Experience domain and broader stakeholders
- Support Customer Experience Strategy (CX Strategy), to bring external perspectives about how to deliver on our ambition

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated customer ‘obsession’
- Business and financial acumen
- Highly analytical with excellent quantitative analysis
- Ability to think strategically
- Knowledge of customer experience systems
- Experience with business analysis, technology, digital and data and analytics
- Sound knowledge of banking
