What You’ll Do

This is a multi‑function role that thrives in a fast‑paced environment, combining sales, marketing, and operations.

- Manage FIT and group travel enquiries: create itineraries, quotes, liaise with suppliers, confirm bookings, and ensure seamless operations

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and clients, providing expert advice and outstanding service

- Enhance customer value and generate revenue by identifying client needs and offering thoughtful, relevant recommendations

- Liaise with our Tour Leaders and coordinate service delivery

- Use CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) to manage leads, track enquiries, and follow up with clients

- Create newsletters and email campaigns in Mailchimp & HubSpot

- Publish and edit blog posts and web updates in WordPress

- Optimise web content for SEO and brand visibility

- Assist with social media and digital marketing campaigns

• Base salary: depending on experience + Superannuation

• Performance incentives: FAM trip to France – experience our tours first‑hand, meet suppliers and deepen your destination expertise

• Paid travel for events and trade representation

• Flexibility and autonomy in your work (on site or remote job)

• Represent France Travel Solutions at trade events, expos, and industry functions

• Provide market feedback and ideas for new products, partnerships, and campaigns

• Collaborate with the owner and team to continuously improve operations and client experience

What We’re Looking For

- Bilingual French–English (spoken and written)

- Excellent knowledge of France – its regions, culture, food, geography, and lifestyle

- Strong interest in tailor‑made itineraries, sales, marketing, and business development

- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive; thrive managing multiple priorities

- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Tech‑savvy – comfortable with modern tools (CRM, CMS, basic SEO and content creation)

- Positive, solution‑driven mindset and ability to work autonomously
