As a result of our continued growth, it's an exciting time for a Trainee Sales Executive to join us at Shepparton Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has a "can do" attitude and enjoys meeting people & developing new relationships.

Knowledge of the local area is preferred but not essential,

The successful applicant must be career minded with strong literacy skills and the drive to succeed.

Core roles of the position will involve:

  • Work closely with senior Sales Executives
  • Listing & selling residential property
  • Make sure all necessary marketing for properties is accurate and presents to a high professional standard
  • Cold calling and door knocking to increase client base
  • Make sure all property files adhere to regulatory standards
  • Liaise professionally with both purchasers and vendors during negotiations

The Successful applicant requires:

  • Must have or will need to obtain via on-the-job traineeship their Cert 4 in Property Services.
  • Current Drivers Licence & own vehicle
  • Available to work Saturdays
