Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level or an ambitious professional eager to step up to lead our thriving Property Management team with excellent renumeration on offer?

Cardamone Real Estate is the Goulburn Valley's multi award winning, boutique agency, built on energy, innovation and exceptional service. We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to lead our Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Property Management team
  • Conducting routine inspections and property condition reports
  • Coordinating rental open inspections and leasing processes
  • Liaising with Rental Property Providers, Renters and Contractors
  • Arranging and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
  • Managing rent arrears and general property administration
  • Conducting property rental appraisals and subsequent communication
  • Social Media coordination and promotion of department
  • VCAT appearances and documentation

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Property Management experience essential
  • Must hold Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Certificate 4
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional presentation, excellent communicator and team player
  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Property Management software 'Property Me' preferred but not essential
