About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Shepparton Join an energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit. As a Sales Assistant, you'll:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service using our cutting-edge MyFit 3D technology
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
