About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving our commercial success during the seasonal sales period. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, converting sales, and actively engaging in both inbound and outbound sales campaigns. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
This is a dynamic, target-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound sales campaigns via phone and email to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving conversion through effective communication via phone and email.
- Account Management: Manage assigned customer accounts, delivering a seamless end-to-end service experience and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes for both the business and the customer.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Positive, can-do attitude, with resilience and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
