Our family oriented modern clinic is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to be part of an amazing team. Working together with our General Practitioners, Nurses, existing staff and Allied Health.

We are seeking a friendly professional team member who is highly motivated and well organised to join us as a medical receptionist in our busy clinic.

Looking for someone who can work 2-3 days per week.

Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm.

May also be required to do some Saturday shifts.

The successful applicant must be: well presented, reliable, empathetic, computer literate and be able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.

Position duties will include:

* Welcoming Patients face to face and over the phone and online enquiries

* Booking / Rescheduling/ Managing appointments

* Processing of payments/ Billings/ Medicare claims processing

* General administrative duties

*Provide general support for our Doctors

*Various administrative duties as directed by Management

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour

  • Prior experience with Best Practice preferred
  • Medical receptionist: Preferred but not essential
