We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Respiratory and Sleep Medicine practice. If you are passionate about helping others and have the ability to work diligently and productively at work

The ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and be proficient in practice software is essential. This is a casual position mainly requiring to fill the position twice a week 8 30AM to 4 30 PM. The role and position is likely to grow soon as it is a rapidly expanding practice. The role will start as casual 3 but likely to become full time role soon.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient enquiries and bookings
  • Complete patient billings and receipting including reporting and claims management
  • General medical practice administration , scanning and filing
  • Facilitate a team-based efficient working environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a Medical Receptionist within a medical Practice is mandatory

  • High level Computer Literacy with an ability to use Practice Medical Software
