Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact?

Kitchen Centre, Tasmania's leading provider of premium kitchen and joinery solutions, is looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. With over 35 years of industry expertise, we are known for our exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. We are a growing company that prides itself on creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where every team member can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal and external trades, manage project timelines, and provide administrative support to our design team.
  • Showroom Management: Keep our state-of-the-art showroom looking its best by coordinating displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a can-do attitude. While experience in project management is a plus, it's not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with computer software and a genuine interest in the design industry.
Why Join Us?

  • Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training to expand your skills.
  • Flexible Work: A flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
  • Team Culture: Be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and fun team.
