Project Coordinator Role

This position involves working closely with key stakeholders, external partners and project leaders to provide administrative assistance and support for projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, incidents/issues coordination, work hours, expenses and budget allocations.
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Diligently document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Undertake specific tasks as required for each project.
  • Support the Head of General Insurance Claims Controlling and Internal Controls Manager in delivering and managing project resources and artifacts.
