Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage various projects and initiatives, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including councilors, managers, and employees;
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a local government or similar environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related discipline;
