The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation. They will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
- Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence is crucial in maintaining effective communication channels.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive contract filing systems ensures compliance and transparency.
- Timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation facilitates seamless project execution.
- Establishing and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project promotes efficiency and productivity.
In addition to the above skills, experience in the civil construction industry and reporting, reviewing and analysis of project financial performance can be beneficial.
