**Job Description**:
We Are Unity is looking for mid to senior level Advisors. The Advisory team exists to drive positive and sustainable value for our client's businesses, as well as our own, by partnering with progressive organisations that put people at the heart of their business strategy.

You will be managing high profile relationships from the early business development stage, while also contributing to some of our longest running partnerships. You will become a trusted partner for our clients by cultivating board and C-suite level client relationships, developing a deep understanding of their business, identifying opportunities for meaningful transformation and value creation, guiding our teams (psychologists, behavioural economists, strategists, data analysts, creatives) to deliver strategic and creative work that makes a difference and ultimately creates sustained commercial value.

**Responsibilities**
- Leadership, ownership and accountability for the success of our relationships with clients
- Understand the client mindset, reputational aims, growth agenda and overall corporate priorities in order to provide support and realise opportunities
- Confidently advise and present to C-suite clients, being able to think on your feet and provide expert advice and counsel on complex business challenges
- Encourage a bold and entrepreneurial approach to solving problems
- Develop solutions with the wider team, working with different specialisms to bring our ideas to life and deliver world-class work for our clients
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that align with our purpose, vision and values
- Lead and inspire high-performing, professional and passionate teams
- Mentor and coach other members of the team to encourage the sharing of knowledge and skills for the purpose of professional and personal development
- Proactively contribute to strengthening We Are Unity’s brand in the market
- Bring your positivity and enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building a positive culture in our business

**Qualifications**:

- You’ll have 7+ years’ experience in Consulting, Business Development or Account Management complemented by an open mind and a desire to learn (as we don’t always play in the same space)
- A dynamic game-changer who is unafraid to take the lead on a high profile client and partner with leadership and clients at the most senior level
- A genuine interest and ideally experience in the fields of culture, business strategy, marketing, brand and most importantly - transformation.
- Proven track record in business development and identifying growth opportunities - operationalising, scaling and growing strategic relationships
- Oversee and enable the setup and management of advisory engagements including clear definition of the problem to solve and collaboratively designing solutions with the client and business team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and risk management skills
- Support the day-to-day delivery of engagements with clients, as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- A storyteller at heart - someone who loves to influence and engage with others
- Contribute to the development of IP, particularly the service and product offerings
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to use and interpret data
- An experienced presenter and facilitator, including to a C-suite audience
- Resilient, calm under pressure and can operate well with ambiguity and change
- You thrive in a highly diverse environment and enjoy giving and receiving feedback
- You have curiosity about the world, business and people - ‘why’ is the word you use often (that’s why you’re always exploring new thinking and staying up to date with business trends)
