**About the Company**:
This well-established company provides outdoor management services across NSW, QLD and VIC to a wide variety of commercial facilities including aged care and retirement living, sporting fields and leisure centres, schools and colleges, business parks and industrial estates, public outdoor spaces, and hospitals.

They are looking for a HR generalist to join their busy team and provide sound advice backed by practical experience.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include talent attraction, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement and performance management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll backup, disciplinary support, and general administrative duties.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years experience providing HR advisory and generalist support in a small to medium-sized commercial or industrial business.
- Experience with in-house recruitment and on-boarding of tradespeople
- Strong communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, initiative, and a positive, ‘can-do’ approach
- Exceptional attention to detail—no detail is too small
- Experience in coordinating and administering HSE operational activities
- Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and demonstrate maturity, judgment, and professional insight
