You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Co-CEOs and Leadership Team to shape and execute our financial strategy – translating insight into action and leading a finance function that strengthens and sharpens the business.

What is this role all about?

Finance Leadership & Strategy

• Lead Boody's financial engine – owning global P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across all markets.
• Develop and drive financial strategies that underpin growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
• Guide strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across the business.
• Act as a high-impact partner to the Co-CEOs and Leadership Team, bringing clarity, challenge and strategic thinking to every key decision.
• Ensure Boody is structurally and financially prepared for long-term strategic opportunities and optionality.

Financial Operations

• Lead and elevate the Finance team, fostering accountability, commercial acumen, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee tax, compliance, audit, risk, treasury, and cash management across global entities.
• Streamline systems, processes, and reporting workflows to drive accuracy, speed, and insight.
• Own Boody's Legal and IP functions – ensuring sound governance and safeguarding our assets and obligations
• Maintain strong control over payroll, intercompany, and banking relationships.

Board & Stakeholder Engagement

• Own end-to-end financial board reporting – crafting clear, compelling packs that distil performance, risks, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with the Board, shareholders, and external advisors – earning trust through strategic clarity and operational excellence.
• Serve as a credible, confident voice in boardrooms and investor settings.

Financial Insights & Commercial Planning

• Lead high-performing FP&A and Merchandise Planning functions, transforming data into insight and insight into action.
• Shape Boody's inventory, product lifecycle, and pricing strategies in partnership with Product and Ops.
• Own key financial levers (margin, CAC, cohort and LTV, OPEX, inventory turn) and deliver insight that drives performance.
• Champion investment prioritisation across the business – aligning spend with strategy, and resources with ROI.

We're looking for:

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in high-growth, global consumer brands – ideally across eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
• CA/CPA Australia qualified, with deep technical and commercial grounding in complex, multi-entity global environments.
• Proven track record guiding CEOs and boards with strategic clarity and commercial judgement, enabling informed, future-focused decisions.
• Sharp analytical thinker, with the ability to interrogate data, uncover insights, and translate complexity into strategic opportunities.
• Strong command of compliance, risk frameworks, regulatory obligations, and long-range forecasting.
• Exceptional communicator with the EQ to build trust across functions and the presence to shape culture at a senior leadership level.
