About Us:

SnapWireless is an Australian tech brand on a mission to make wireless charging effortless, stylish, and travel-ready. We've operated for over 8 years and served over 300,000 customers and are best known for our sleek, multifunctional charging products.

We just launched our first ever retail store at Westfield Marion and in the process of launching a second store in Adelaide Airport. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused retail staff to join us our team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing eCommerce brand in a face-to-face retail environment.

About the Role:

You'll be working at our either our Westfield Marion store and/or our Adelaide Airport store, helping customers explore and purchase our range of wireless charging accessories. You'll need to be confident demonstrating tech/charging products, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience from start to finish.

The Adelaide Airport store will be launching at the beginning of February.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers and demonstrating SnapWireless products
  • Processing sales using a POS system (Shopify POS experience a bonus)
  • Meeting daily/weekly sales targets
  • Keeping the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually on-brand
  • Assisting with inventory checks

About You:

  • Previous sales experience in tech, lifestyle, or accessory retail (e.g. mobile accessories, Apple, JB Hi-Fi, Telstra etc)
  • Confident communicator who loves helping customers
  • Comfortable learning and explaining product features
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trade, and peak periods (Black Friday, December rush)
  • Bonus: You're into tech, travel, or sleek product design

Role Details:

  • Location: Either Westfield Marion (Adelaide) or Adelaide Airport
  • Period: Immediate start
  • Casual hourly rate + penalty rates on weekends/public holidays
  • Future plans for commission structures
  • Progression opportunity into a Lead Role for the right candidate. (To be in charge of running the day to day operations of the pop up)
