What You Will Be Doing In This Role
Working as a Secretary within the San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine team you will provide administrative support and high-quality customer service to patients and referrers across appointment scheduling, arrivals, invoicing, receipting and report distribution. You will work in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams to help to deliver a high-quality imaging service. You will report into the Secretary Supervisor who is approachable and supportive and wants to see you succeed in this role.
We have multiple roles available and while we would prefer the successful person to work full time, we also welcome applications from candidates looking for part time work 3-4 days per week.
Who We're Looking For
- You'll be able to demonstrate high computer literacy and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
- You'll have proven experience in delivering high quality customer service
- You'll be confident to communication with team members, patients and their families via email, on the phone and in person
- You'll have a high accuracy with data entry and attention to detail
- You'll have previous experience in a similar role within medical imaging or medical reception (desirable)
- You'll have full Australian working rights and are able to commit to either full time or part time 3-4 days per week.
