Company Secretariat and leadership position working for a professional services firm who are a market leader across the Asia Pacific region. The organisation provides a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services to listed, non-listed companies as well as international subsidiaries or those companies considering an IPO.
This role will lead and support a team and provide advice and assistance to clients on a range of matters including corporate governance, board practices, compliance with ASX listing rules, continuous disclosure, and financial reporting. You will coordinate, attend, and minute board meetings with full project management of shareholder meetings. Excellent opportunity to lead, develop and mentor a team and provide high quality relationship management to a suite of ASX listed clients.
A professional qualification and ASX listed company secretarial work experience is essential as well as demonstrable people management and leadership expertise. It is key that you have demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
