About the Role:

Join JRM's elite team of chefs and work at some of Sydney's most prestigious venues - from hatted restaurants and luxury hotels to corporate boardrooms and high-end events. Enjoy the flexibility to choose your own shifts, earn excellent hourly rates, and be part of a professional, supportive team led by acclaimed chef James Metcalfe.

  • $42-$59 per hour (casual, above award)

What We're Looking For:

  • Chef Qualifications or Equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience as at a Chef De Partie level (Sous Chef & Head Chef roles also available)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Hatted or Michelin-star background highly regarded
  • HACCP & WHS understanding
  • Chef whites, knives, and full Australian working rights
