ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. You will work closely with the Group HR Advisor and report to the Group HR Manager, supporting the group and its venues while ensuring HR processes run efficiently and our people are well supported. The role is based in Rydalmere, with occasional travel to our Western Sydney venues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes
  • Ensuring accurate data management and reporting
  • Monitoring HR inboxes and responding to staff queries
  • Supporting compliance by maintaining up-to-date employee documentation and adherence to company policies
  • Coordinating and completing employee onboarding and offboarding requirements
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives
  • Providing general support to the Group HR Advisor and Group HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives

ABOUT YOU

You'll bring:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar HR administration role
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset
  • A desire to grow and develop your career in HR
