Due to recent growth and development, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive People Experience Coordinator to join our collaborative and dynamic team. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the PX department and assisting with all aspects of People Experience (HR) operations across the employee lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the People Experience function within the areas of recruitment, employee induction, policy interpretation, employee engagement and learning and development.
- Manage the maintenance of HR material in a number of different channels and systems.
- Support and administer pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Oversee and monitor employees during probation periods regarding timing and formal check ins.
- Assist with payroll data collection.
- Prepare and compile People data metrics as required.
- Supporting projects and initiatives.
