The Role:

The Business Development and Channel Manager will drive sales growth and revenue performance for Bushranger 4X4 Gear across Victoria and South Australia, as well as manage Konig distribution throughout Victoria and Southern NSW. The role is responsible for expanding the Kingsley and Konig distribution network, cultivating strong relationships with ARB Stores, partners, fleet customers, and stockists, while actively identifying and securing new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and sales growth targets across the assigned territory.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with ARB Stores, key partners, fleet customers, and stockists.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the Bushranger and Konig distribution network.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement territory growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reporting, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Operate independently while aligning activities with broader company goals and targets.
  • Training & Support: Provide product training and ongoing support to retail staff to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement effective in-store merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sell-through.
  • Travel & Client Engagement: Regularly travel within your territory to meet clients, conduct store visits, and represent Bushranger 4x4 at industry events.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in driving sales growth and consistently exceeding targets within a competitive market.
  • Strong business development and account management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Able to work independently while embracing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the 4x4 aftermarket or automotive industry (advantageous but not essential).
