Business Solution Manager

As a Business Solution Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technology capabilities across your domain. You'll lead a team of Business Analysts and own the technology roadmap, ensuring solutions are designed, delivered, and optimized to drive measurable business value. You'll be the go-to advisor for stakeholders exploring new capabilities, solving complex problems, and driving innovation across systems and processes.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technology initiatives.
• Technology Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Analysis team.
• Solution Design: Own end-to-end solution design, integrating systems and processes for cohesive outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Delivery Oversight: Guide project execution, ensuring solutions are implemented as designed and deliver business value.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of learning, feedback, and iterative enhancement.

• 8–10+ years of experience in business solutioning, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proven leadership in developing technology roadmaps and integrated solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and scalable architectures.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
