About the Role

We are seeking an experienced wills and estates lawyer to join our team in a challenging and varied role.

  • As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal solutions on a range of matters to our established client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own files and develop a portfolio of work that showcases your skills and expertise;
  • Prepare complex documents, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and succession planning documents;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and guidance;
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
Requirements
  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in wills and estates law, gained in a reputable firm or organization;
  • A current practising certificate is essential;
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • You will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional client service and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
