The Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor to join our Wills, Estates & Civil team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of matters including:
- Drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney;
- Assisting with estate administration and litigation;
- Advising clients on civil disputes and litigation.
You'll be primarily based in our Brisbane office but will enjoy a change of scenery with monthly visits to our Toowoomba and Gold Coast offices.
What We're Looking For
- Admitted Solicitor with a current Queensland practising certificate
- Previous experience in Wills, Estates or Civil matters is an advantage – but not essential
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
