The Role We are seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer with a strong interest in estate planning to join our practice.
This role offers the chance to: Assist in our busy estate planning practice and handle matters from client interview, drafting, through to the execution of documents Manage complex plans involving testamentary trusts, taxation planning, the review of trust deeds, partnership agreements and company constitutions, to provide sophisticated solutions Gain exposure to high-net-worth agricultural clients Grow your expertise in estate planning while being supported by a collaborative and approachable team Building and strengthening client relationships, including business development Guiding junior practitioners looking to start their career in succession Potential for exposure to family provision applications What you bring:2-3 years PAE in succession law, with demonstrated ability in drafting wills and EPOAs A genuine interest in developing your technical skills What we offer: Competitive remuneration, reflective of experience and performance A structured pathway senior roles within the firm Opportunity to handle complex matters The resources of a full-service firm with the culture of a close-knit practice Ability to work across any of our locations Option to be based in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Roma, or Townsville – with flexibility to consider other Queensland locations by discussion.
