We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our Officer and Ferntree Gully clinics.

About the Role

As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll work alongside our team of highly motivated audiologists to deliver an outstanding client experience. No two days will ever be the same, with opportunities to:

  • Partner with audiologists – ensuring seamless client care in-clinic and on the road.
  • Build trusted relationships – connecting with clients and business partners across the South Eastern suburbs.
  • Support behind the scenes – keeping things running smoothly so our audiologists can focus on transforming lives through better hearing.
  • Experience variety – working across our Officer and Ferntree Gully clinics, plus supporting multiple community partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
