
Disability Reporting and Rostering Officer

As a NDIS registered provider, BJ Care Services are focused on providing person centred care, that allows our participants to live their best lives.
We provide a range of support services including 24/7 out of home care, respite care and day services, just to name a few.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Report Writing and Rostering Officer for our ever-growing business.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Weekly reports regarding participants' daily activities and forward them to relevant stakeholders.
- Annual review reports for all participants regarding their development, incident etc.
- Behavioural and medication reporting through online portals.
- Rostering of Disability Support Worker shifts.
- Engagement with employees regarding shifts and coordination of services
What you need:
- Enthusiasm and passion about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.
- Team first mentality
- Recent experience in the Disability sectors at least 2 year, and specifically with behaviours of concern and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications (Cert III or above) in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Services.
- Relevant experience in rostering and support coordination.
- Current First Aid (no more than 3 years old) and CPR (no more than 12 months old) Certificates.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Rostering: 1 year (preferred)
- Disability Reporting: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
