As a Reservations Manager, you are an integral part of the short-term accommodation business.

Through promoting your property, you are empowered to act and make decisions that guide the business and inspire our team.

This role will be overseeing all aspects of hotel reservations at Nesuto's newest property and the first in the Victorian market. Nesuto Docklands opened in March 2023, it is a $100m new build apartment hotel, located in Melbourne's The District Docklands. The 211 key Apartment Hotel features 58 x 1-bedroom, 20 x 2-bedroom and 133 premium apartments, and an onsite gym.

The role involves:

  • Overseeing all aspects of planning, organising, and coordinating reservations for the property.
  • Reporting on all aspects of reservations to the Hotel Manager.
  • Handling guest requests, responding to feedback and reviews as required.
  • Interacting and building relationships with guests, corporate clients, suppliers, all team members, and department heads.
  • Training of front desk team members on reservations processes.
  • Upselling services and offerings when processing reservations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all corporate and group reservations.
  • Providing assistance to the front desk team as required.
  • Driving revenue and achieving financial targets.
  • Striving to improve the properties operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
  • Ensuring health and safety practices are followed and the security of the building and is effectively managed at all times.

Our ideal Reservations Coordinator will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar level role
