About the Role: Low Deposit Homes is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be central to executing our social media advertising strategy, creating engaging, on-brand content, and capturing high-quality footage to inspire first home buyers and educate our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to create content that aligns with our mission of helping people get into their own homes faster.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy to promote Low Deposit Homes across multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
  • Video and Photography Production: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and still content for marketing campaigns, client testimonials, and educational materials.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas that align with our overall objectives and drive engagement.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current on industry and social media trends, applying them to the content we produce to keep it fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and photography software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with a focus on creating optimized, engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • A passion for storytelling and helping first home buyers make their property dreams a reality.
  • Weekend availability is a must in this role.
