Content Creator & Producer

About the role

If you love coming up with content ideas that resonate, thrive on turning one piece of content into ten, and can produce engaging work at pace, this role has your name all over it.

We are searching for a
Content Creator & Producer
who lives and breathes digital culture. You will be just as comfortable brainstorming and editing behind the scenes as you are stepping in front of the camera or directing others with energy and ease.

Your immediate focus will be on building and scaling our newest brand. You will also have the chance to shape content across a growing group of brands. That means variety, creative freedom and plenty of opportunities to stretch your skills.

This is your chance to play a key role in growing a bold new brand from the ground up while contributing to a bigger portfolio with serious growth plans.

What you'll do

  • Concept, film, edit and publish short-form content that is on-trend, on-brand and engaging
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across different platforms
  • Direct, guide and occasionally feature in content to bring ideas to life
  • Spot and adapt social trends that fit with our brand
  • Run weekly filming sessions and maintain a two-week content pipeline
  • Optimise content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts
  • Use AI tools to improve ideation, editing and planning workflows
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Partnerships to amplify reach

What you'll bring

  • A strong portfolio of branded short-form content (CapCut, Canva, native tools)
  • Confidence on camera and the ability to direct others
  • Proven experience running shoots and editing for social
  • Enthusiasm for using AI in creative workflows
  • Direct-to-consumer content experience is a plus
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to own your work
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Gold Coast based, with a driver's licence for weekly filming
