What started as a simple idea to help busy women find their confidence again has now transformed into a global wellness movement. With over 200,000 transformations (and counting), a thriving online community, and a team expanding across Australia and beyond, we're just getting started

Our mission is simple: to help women feel better in their bodies, stronger in their minds, and more empowered in their everyday lives. And our ambassadors play a huge role in that. They share their stories, inspire others, and help more women discover what's possible through our system.

Now, we're expanding our team and looking for a driven, creative, and people-focused Ambassador Manager to take this program to the next level.

The Role

You'll work closely with our Brand Manager and report directly to Aaron McAllister, our Founder, the visionary behind Transform by Fitaz. Together, you'll shape the next phase of our ambassador program as we grow across Australia, the US, and new markets.

You'll be the connector, the person who builds relationships, spots talent, and helps our ambassadors create content that not only looks good but makes people feel something. This is your chance to join a team that's scaling fast, creating impact, and building something genuinely meaningful.

What You'll Do

Recruit & Onboard

• Find, connect with, and onboard ambassadors who truly represent the Transform brand.
• Build relationships with creators and agents, negotiating partnerships that align with our values and goals.

Coach & Create

• Help ambassadors produce content that feels authentic, looks premium, and speaks directly to our community.
• Offer creative direction, feedback, and ongoing support to elevate their storytelling and results.
• Collaborate on campaigns that inspire real engagement and conversion.

Manage & Measure

• Track ambassador performance across engagement, reach, and sales metrics, and use insights to optimise performance.
• Run regular check-ins, training sessions, and team calls to keep our network connected and motivated.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Manager to plan campaigns, launch initiatives, and hit growth goals.Support & Streamline
• Keep ambassador records, agreements, and performance dashboards up to date.
• Manage budgets, commissions, and incentive structures with precision and care.
