Job Summary

Xircon Homes is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This pivotal role requires a highly consultative approach, focusing on guiding clients through the custom home-building journey from initial concept to final handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales pipeline, from active prospecting and lead management to detailed documentation and maintaining a strong market presence. We are looking for a true consultant committed to ensuring the customer receives the best possible solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultation & Sales Management

  • Consultative Sales: Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, ensuring the customer's best interests are prioritized when helping them select a home plan, site, and materials.
  • Documentation: Accurately prepare and complete all critical sales documentation, including quotes, site plans, and floor plans.
  • Site and Plan Selection: Conduct necessary site visits to assess land feasibility and assist customers through the process of selecting the optimal home plan for their block.
  • Job Submission: Meticulously compile all required information in accordance with the pre-submission checklist before submitting a job for official acceptance.
  • Handover Support: Attend the handover ceremony for all clients to ensure a seamless and positive final experience.

2. Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Lead Urgency: Ensure all incoming leads are handled with the utmost care and urgency to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Active Prospecting: Dedicate structured time every week to actively prospect for new clients and generate your own leads.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a minimum of ten active house and land packages at any given time to drive continuous sales.
  • Networking: Proactively develop a network within the franchise area to generate quality leads and gain superior knowledge of the local market.
  • Marketing Input: Provide constructive input to marketing initiatives developed by or for the Franchisee to improve effectiveness.

3. Operational and Brand Compliance

  • Display Home Management: Man the local office and assigned display homes as rostered, presenting the Xircon Homes brand professionally.
  • Meetings: Attend the weekly sales meeting and contribute relevant insights from sales and prospecting activities.
  • Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain thorough familiarity with the operational standards outlined in the G.J. Gardner Manual and the Sales Handbook

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the residential building or property development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and manage a complex sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail in technical documentation (site plans, quotes).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, proactivity, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
