The Role

This is a position that blends administration, customer service, and light sales support (no cold calling or selling—just helping customers move confidently through the process). You'll be a key part of our operations team, managing communication, scheduling, and data control to keep projects running smoothly from first contact to completion.

You don't need experience in the energy sector—but you do need to be organised, confident on the phone, and excited to grow your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating job schedules and keeping operations on track
  • Calling customers to follow up on projects and guide them through next steps
  • Managing paperwork, compliance tasks, and internal systems
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and installers
  • Supporting the wider team with admin and process improvements
  • Helping customers feel informed, supported, and confident

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in admin, customer service, or coordination
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Gmail, CRMs (HubSpot a bonus), spreadsheets, and online tools
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and organised
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in operations or business
