The Opportunity

The Passport Fraud and Integrity Section (PFS) is seeking an agile, team player who has experience in policy development and demonstrate client service to fill the role of Fraud Liaison Officer within the section.

PFS plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of Australian Passports and APO systems. The section is comprised of 6 specialist units which include forensic examination, data analytics, investigations, identity resolution and fraud liaison.

The Passport Fraud Liaison Officer will be working with Government and non-Government partners on sensitive issues and will require an ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships. Further duties will include providing policy advice to both internal external stakeholders and the ability to apply legislation to our passport issuance process.
