About SixthSense Experiences

Sixth Sense Experiences is a Sydney-based hospitality and event service provider specialising in curated, high-end experiences that blend creativity, service, and innovation.

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Hospitality Manager to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee catering and event operations from concept to completion
  • Manage the preparation, setup, and execution of catering services, including food and beverage coordination
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hospitality and event teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Handle client feedback and implement improvements based on their input.
  • Prepare budgets for events, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Generate financial reports and analyse event performance for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote catering and event services.

Requirements/Skills Qualification:

  • Relevant Qualification
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
