About the role…
We're looking for an organised, proactive, people-loving Sales Administrator to be the heartbeat of our national Sales Team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing calm to chaos, and secretly get a little thrill from colour-coded folders and perfectly timed follow-ups, this is your moment.
You'll sit at the centre of communication, reporting, product launch coordination and daily sales support. In short: you keep the engine running so the field team can shine.
What you will do….
You'll be the glue, the organiser, the problem-solver, and the friendly "You've got this" voice our Sales Team relies on. In this role, you keep the wheels turning—connecting the field with the business, keeping information flowing, and making sure every moving piece lands exactly where it needs to.
- Deliver daily updates across sales, orders and operations to keep the field informed
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure sales documents, pricing and marketing assets are always current
- Act as the first responder for sales and field team enquiries
- Prepare Top 50, Ambassador and promotional reports
- Streamline reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making
- Set up backend requirements for new product launches and GTM activity
- Manage timelines, cross-functional communication and planogram/ranging updates
- Coordinate travel, venues, meals and event logistics with calm efficiency
- Track budgets, prepare spend reports and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate content with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the Sales Director with reporting and customer spend oversight
- Work closely with all departments and jump into any reasonable tasks needed to help the team deliver excellence

To be successful in this role, you need to:
Bring your organisation, energy, and commitment, and we'll bring the support, structure, and sense of belonging.
- 1–3 years' experience in sales support, admin, coordination or FMCG/Pharma/Health
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Dropbox and reporting tools
- Organised (like, colour-coded organised) with excellent time management
- A strong communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions or clarify expectations
- High attention to detail, you spot errors before they exist
- Calm, steady and solutions-focused when the pace picks up
- A true team player who loves helping others shine
- A proactive, adaptable, and ethical approach with high levels of professionalism and integrity
