The role.Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager will lead our human resources' function and manage one direct report. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop and implement HR strategies that support our people and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Supporting leadership with strategic HR advice
Managing HR systems, reporting, and budget oversight
Managing Payroll systems including processing, and reconciliation of payroll, superannuation, Workcover and payroll tax
As part of the senior leadership team, you'll also contribute to broader organisational strategy and culture initiatives.

Who you are.You're a passionate and pragmatic HR professional with 5+ years of experience in HR management or senior advisory roles. You bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, and you're comfortable working both strategically and operationally as well as well-rounded experience in managing ER/IR matters and performance issues. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not essential.
