Job Description
Are you passionate about motorsport and skilled at crafting stories that accelerate brand presence?
Bosch Motorsport Australia is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to drive excitement through social media, events, and creator collaborations, allowing us to shift into pole position with motorsport enthusiasts. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Clayton Headquarters.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in driving our social marketing strategy, manage content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns designed to authentically boost brand and product awareness and understanding.
- Create social content calendars and platform specific stories, through Instagram reels, and engaging YouTube footage to stay on the latest trends in motorsport digital storytelling.
- Coordinate events to drive the Bosch Motorsport's presence at key motorsport events, ensuring brand impact and measurable ROI.
- Support branded merchandise development and promotion to deepen fan loyalty and engagement, supporting dealer and partner marketing initiatives.
- Build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.
- Cultivate an active online community through authentic engagement, user-generated content, and timely interaction.
- Monitor content performance, reporting engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.
- Ensure all communications reflect Bosch Motorsport's brand voice and values.
Qualifications
The role requires an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, is results focused and displays a high level of attention to detail, who has the following:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
or
strong practical experience in automotive / motorsport marketing and / or content. - Strength and ambition to achieve branding success, with hands-on experience in content creation.
- Skilled with MS Office, plus Canva, Photoshop, Light-room, and social platforms highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Creative ambition is organised, adaptive and thrives in fast-paced environments.
